The service includes general health assessments, preventative care, and management of common illnesses and injuries. The clinic also has a full weightlifting/fitness area inside that can be used in conjunction with primary care services to empower healthier living through personalized care and fitness.
Weight Loss Program
EliteRx weight loss services provide patients with a comprehensive and personalized approach to weight management. Our team of healthcare professionals includes and APRN and fitness experts, of whom work seamlessly together to create individualized plans that are tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals. Services include a clinical assessment, medical exam, lab work review, health history review, lifestyle analysis and one-on-one coaching and training sessions. Our full weightlifting/fitness area inside the clinic is also used in conjunction with weight loss medical services to empower healthier living through personalized care and fitness. The goal of EliteRx's weight loss service is to not only help patients lose weight but also to empower them with knowledge and tools to maintain a healthy weight long-term, and mitigate illnesses that are secondary to unhealthy lifestyle choices.

Our concierge monthly membership program includes unlimited clinical assessments, medical exams, re-occurring lab work reviews and monitoring, health history review, lifestyle analysis and ongoing monitoring with unlimited, direct communication with your provider. Your healthcare professional will review your medical history, conduct a physical examination, and review or schedule any relevant lab work or diagnostic tests. They will also discuss your current symptoms and any specific health concerns you may have. You'll be able to ask any questions you may have about your health and the services offered at EliteRx. This consultation will provide a baseline for your healthcare professional to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique needs and goals. They may also schedule follow-up appointments and recommend any additional services or testing that may be beneficial. Your healthcare professional will work with you to ensure that you have all the resources and support you need to achieve optimal health and wellness.

BEFORE initial appointments related to hormone replacement, a lab requisition will be sent to your preferred lab location so that we have the results in full prior to your initial in-office consult with us.
EliteRx is a direct-pay clinic. EliteRx is not affiliated with any insurance companies. As a results, insurance is not accepted for our services. Most credit, debit, and HSA cards are acceptable and payment is due in full at the time of service.
