About EliteRx

A primary care practice in Pensacola, built by two paramedics who spent fifteen years on the worst nights of other people's lives. Today it's a direct-pay primary care practice, with hormone care and medical weight management among the services offered inside that relationship, plus a full fitness area on site.

Our Story

Built by people who ran toward the emergency

Billy and Jamie Kimbrell met at Escambia County EMS more than fifteen years ago. Before EliteRx was an idea, they spent their careers physically saving lives, Billy as an EMT and paramedic since 2000 and a critical-care flight nurse on the EMS helicopter since 2014, Jamie across thirteen years of clinical and administrative roles for Escambia County.

Near the end of 2020, Jamie made the difficult decision to leave public safety to build something of their own: a clinic that gives back to the community by sharing what they know about health, wellness, and human performance. In January 2022, they opened EliteRx.

It was built as a family medicine practice with a different promise: patient-centered care, real education, and health plans tailored to each person's medical needs, lifestyle, and budget, so the plan is one you can actually follow. Billy's additional degree in exercise science is the reason there is a weight room inside a medical clinic. Here, your provider and your coach can be the same team.

EliteRx is committed to knowing you, taking the time, and changing the trajectory of your health.

Our Scope of Care

EliteRx provides care within a comprehensive primary care framework. Certain services, including hormone-related care, metabolic and medical weight management, and other therapies, are evaluated in the context of each patient's overall health and provided when clinically appropriate. Care requiring specialty evaluation is referred or coordinated with the appropriate healthcare professional.
