Primary & Acute Care in Pensacola

Primary care at EliteRx is built for adults who want a provider who actually knows them. General health assessments, preventive care, and management of common illnesses and injuries, delivered by the same clinicians every visit.

Appointments are not squeezed to fit a billing code. There is time to review history properly, look at the whole picture, and build a plan you understand before you leave.

Primary care also connects to everything else here. If your labs point toward a hormone issue, the answer is a conversation down the hall rather than a referral and a three-week wait.

Acute visits are available for appropriate short-term illnesses and minor injuries, including common respiratory symptoms, sore throats, urinary symptoms, rashes and other non-emergency concerns.

Hormone Therapy

EliteRx offers concierge bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for both men and women, including testosterone replacement therapy. The starting point is always the same: complete lab work, reviewed with you, before anything is prescribed.

For men, that usually means evaluating testosterone alongside the markers that move with it, then deciding together whether treatment is appropriate and what monitoring looks like month to month.

For women, it means looking at the hormonal picture behind fatigue, mood changes, sleep disruption, weight shifts and low libido, rather than treating each one in isolation.

Hormone care pairs directly with the weight loss and coaching programs here. The same provider is watching your labs and your progress, which is the entire reason the gym is in the building.

Clinical + Coaching

Medical Weight Loss

This is the program the clinic was built around. It begins with a clinical assessment, a medical exam, lab work review, health history and a lifestyle analysis, so the plan is built on what is actually happening in your body.

Then it goes somewhere most clinics cannot follow. The fitness area inside the building means your provider and your coach are the same team. One-on-one coaching runs alongside the medical plan, including for people who have never set foot in a gym and do not know where to start.

The goal is not a number on a scale in twelve weeks. It is the knowledge and the habits to hold the result, and fewer of the problems that come with carrying the weight in the first place.

Men's Sexual Health

Erectile dysfunction and low libido are common, treatable, and awkward to bring up. Evaluation looks at the whole picture: circulation and cardiovascular health, medications, metabolic health, stress, sleep, lifestyle and hormonal contributors. Testosterone is part of the workup when appropriate, but ED is not automatically a low-testosterone problem. Depending on the workup, options including Tri-Mix may be discussed where clinically appropriate.

Every conversation is private. Nothing goes on a form on this website, and you can text the office to schedule without explaining anything up front.

We don't bill insurance

EliteRx is not affiliated with any insurance company. Most credit, debit, HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and payment is due in full at the time of service. That structure is what lets appointments run long enough to actually cover something.

First visit

Hormone labs, usually first

For most hormone-related visits, your lab order can be placed through Fullscript and drawn at Quest ahead of time so your provider has results in hand when you sit down. When that works out, your first visit is a conversation about your numbers instead of a waiting game.

Your lab requisition goes out beforehand so your results are complete when you arrive. The visit itself covers your history, a physical evaluation, your symptoms and goals, and a review of the numbers. You leave with a plan and a clear picture of monitoring going forward.

The fitness area is used for coaching and training sessions that run alongside your care plan. Ask the office how it works for your specific program.

Yes. Services are available individually on a pay-per-service basis. The membership exists for people who want ongoing access and monitoring, not as a requirement.
