Know the Patient
Pay attention. Listen. Remember. Learn who you are caring for rather than simply completing the task in front of you. Patients should feel that the people at EliteRx know them and care what happens to them.
Take the Time
Slow down enough to listen, explain what happens next, answer the question, make sure the patient understands and close the loop. Efficiency matters. Making people feel hurried or unimportant does not.
Change the Trajectory
Recognize that small interactions matter. A warm greeting, a caught message, a clear explanation or timely help for a teammate can change the course of a patient's day and care experience.
What we look for in every person
All three are threshold requirements. Strong experience does not compensate for unacceptable treatment of people. Warmth does not compensate for unreliability. And good intentions do not substitute for safe, competent work.
