Prescription refills
All refill requests must be initiated by the patient through the EliteRx Text Patient Portal at (850) 354-6707.
EliteRx does not accept faxed or automated pharmacy refill requests. Please allow up to 2 business days for routine requests. Provider approval, laboratory review and/or a follow-up appointment may be required.
Controlled medications cannot be filled early. Requests received after hours, on weekends or holidays will be reviewed on the next business day. Submitting multiple requests may delay processing.
